A highly selective binder
Our platform is built on an antibody that binds Sialyl-Tn (STn), a glycan expressed on most solid tumors and largely absent from healthy tissue. In published comparisons, the antibody shows superior selectivity to historical anti-TAG72 benchmarks.
A modern theranostic approach
A diagnostic imaging step identifies patients whose tumors take up the agent, before any therapeutic dose is given. The therapy is then delivered with bioorthogonal precision — only where it is needed.

Our platform targets all solid cancers that express Sialyl-Tn (STn), a glycan found on most carcinomas and largely absent from healthy tissue. We are focused on bringing meaningful benefit to patients whose tumors are refractory to conventional treatment.
